Website&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Website, hereinafter referred to as <strong>&#8220;the Customer&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of these terms is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by CART-CITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any order placed on VAT is due by the Customer in their country of establishment in accordance with applicable tax regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Customer&#8217;s intra-community VAT number can be verified via the European VIES system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For customers located outside the European Union, sales are made <strong>without VAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In certain specific cases, some operations may be subject to the <strong>VAT reverse charge mechanism by the Customer<\/strong>, in accordance with applicable tax legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invoices may include the corresponding legal notice, notably:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;VAT reverse charge \u2013 Article 194 of Directive 2006\/112\/EC&#8221;<\/em><br>or<br><em>&#8220;Inversi\u00f3n del sujeto pasivo \u2013 art. 6.1.m del Real Decreto 1619\/2012&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment for orders is made in <strong>Euros (\u20ac)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The payment methods accepted on the website are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>credit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bank financial institutions concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An invoice is sent to the Customer electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products remain the property of CART-CITY until full payment of the order price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CART-CITY delivers its products in Europe and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation or on the quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery times are indicative and expressed in working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A delay in delivery cannot give rise to damages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Receipt of Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Customer is required to check the condition of packages and products upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of an anomaly (missing product, damaged package, defective product), the Customer must make reservations with the carrier and inform CART-CITY within <strong>3 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this period, the products will be deemed compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Returns and Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All returns must be subject to <strong>prior authorization from CART-CITY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a return is accepted, products may be reshipped directly to the production site or the logistics warehouse of CART-CITY&#8217;s partner manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The return address and shipping instructions will be communicated to the Customer at the time of return authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returned products must be <strong>in their original condition<\/strong>, unused, and in their <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the nature of the return (withdrawal, order error, non-compliant product, or defect found), <strong>return costs may be borne by the Customer<\/strong>, unless otherwise provided by law or specific agreement from CART-CITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CART-CITY reserves the right to indicate the most appropriate logistics solution for product returns to optimize transport conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulky products or those requiring specific transport may be subject to particular return conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Limitation of Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the professional nature of the products offered by CART-CITY, returns are only accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product not conforming to the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defective product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>error attributable to CART-CITY<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns motivated by a Customer&#8217;s order error or a change of mind may be accepted exceptionally, subject to prior agreement from CART-CITY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, return, transport, and potentially restocking fees may be <strong>entirely at the Customer&#8217;s expense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CART-CITY reserves the right to refuse a return when the return conditions are not met or when the products are no longer in their original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products manufactured or specially ordered for the Customer cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with applicable European legislation, the Customer has a period of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return costs remain at the Customer&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will be made within a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong> after receipt of the returned products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Products offered by CART-CITY benefit from a <strong>2-year<\/strong> warranty against manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of a proven defect, CART-CITY may proceed with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CART-CITY cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Product Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Products marketed by CART-CITY are intended for professional use in retail businesses and establishments open to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Customer is responsible for using the products in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable safety regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CART-CITY cannot be held responsible for damages resulting failures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Disputes and Applicable Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These GTC are subject to <strong>Spanish law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failing this, the competent courts will be
